Das Modul versetzt den Anwender in die Lage, einen Anzahlungsplan in Verbindung mit einem Vorgang aus dem Einkaufs- und Verkaufsbereich anzulegen. Die prozentuale sowie wertmäßige Faktura kann fälligkeitsbedingt, situativ oder im Ganzen angestoßen werden.

Die entstehenden Buchungen innerhalb der Finanzbuchhaltung sind durch bestimmte Einrichtungsparameter korrekt bilanziell sowie steuerlich auswertbar. Hier werden zum Beispiel spezielle Konten wie Angeforderte Anzahlung und Unrealisierte Steuer bebucht. Die angeforderte Anzahlung kann gezahlt oder eingezogen werden, da zusätzlich zu den Sachposten auch ein Kontokorrentposten entsteht. Dieser Posten kann von den normalen Geschäftsvorfällen kontenspezifisch unterschieden werden.

Durch die Standardfunktion Unrealisierte MwSt. wird die Umsatzsteuer automatisch prozentual bei Zahlung realisiert und in der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung berücksichtigt. Mit der Zahlung wird nicht nur die Umbuchung der realisierten Steuer, sondern auch die automatische Umbuchung von Angeforderte Anzahlung auf Erhaltene Anzahlung erzeugt.

Bei Erzeugung der Schlussrechnung für den Geschäftsvorfall ermittelt das Modul AnzahlungenPlus die erhaltene Anzahlung und reduziert nach der Errechnung des Bruttobetrages die Rechnung. Eventuell nicht gezahlte angeforderte Anzahlungen werden automatisch storniert. Die Schlussrechnung generiert den gesamtheitlichen Umsatz.

The Down Payment Pro app is a useful extension of the prepayment invoice function included in the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This allows a process (e.g. an order) in purchasing and sales to be provided with an advance payment invoice.

The module enables the user to create a down payment plan in connection with a process from the purchasing and sales area. The percentage and value-based billing can be triggered due to the due date, depending on the situation or as a whole.

The resulting postings within financial accounting can be evaluated correctly for accounting and tax purposes thanks to certain setup parameters. For example, special accounts such as Requested Down Payment and Unrealized Tax are posted here. The requested down payment can be paid or collected, since a current account item is created in addition to the general item items. This item can be distinguished from normal business transactions by account.

With the standard function unrealized VAT, the sales tax is automatically recognized as a percentage upon payment and taken into account in the sales tax advance return. With the payment, not only the transfer of the realized tax is generated, but also the automatic transfer of the requested down payment to the received down payment.

When generating the final invoice for the business transaction, the Advance Payments Plus module determines the advance payment received and reduces the invoice after calculating the gross amount. Any unpaid requested deposits will be automatically canceled. The final invoice generates the overall turnover.
